The DobroPchel system was created in the summer of 2019 as a response to massive bee kill that occurred due to the use of highly toxic preparations for chemical treatment of fields from pests. The situation provoked a wide public discussion, as well as a series of lawsuits against agricultural enterprises, and resulted in a search for the problem solution at the level of the Ministry of Agriculture.
The DobroPchel system was created for the crop producers to show the fields that they are going to process with pesticides on, and for the beekeepers to indicate the places where their bee yards are located.
